<![CDATA[Off The Wagon Tours - Blog]]>Fri, 26 Apr 2024 03:09:50 -0500Weebly<![CDATA[Why choose Off The Wagon?]]>Sat, 06 Mar 2021 23:51:02 GMThttp://nashvillepartywagon.com/blog/why-choose-off-the-wagonIt shouldn't be a choice! It's just the right decision. We aren't some mom and pop shop, well we are BUT! We don't pick you up in a sketchy alley, on the side of the road or in some abandoned parking lot. We have our own BEAUTIFUL office with restrooms, free parking and a bar coming soon! Come inside and play some games, we have cornhole and jumbo Jenga. Take those pictures you see all over the "GRAM", with our famous mural or one of our several photo ops we have inside. Some of the others just stick you in a vehicle for the ride, we have our dj/server/entertainer on every ride! Ours isn't a ride, its an experience. If you haven't already, you will see while we continue to be the highlight of those trips. If you're disappointed with us then.... well you must be impossible to please.... J/K see ya'll soon!]]><![CDATA[Staying alive isn't just breathing.]]>Thu, 06 Aug 2020 08:06:43 GMThttp://nashvillepartywagon.com/blog/staying-alive-isnt-just-breathingPeople ask "why are you still open? You should be closed!". We are open because 90+ percent of small businesses in the US employ millions of people. Most small business owners aren't the rich people living in the huge houses we all admire. They are hard working people just like you. They are your neighbors next door, your family and friends. We not only have families to provide for but we also consider our employees as family and their families. If the businesses close and go out of business, that means millions would lose their jobs. We want to operate as safely as we can while still letting you have a great time. We are an outdoor activity and always strive to maintain a cleaner environment than some other places you visit. Our customers usually come in medium sized groups, 5-15 people. Those people are going to have close interactions with each other their whole trip, so what does being on a wagon together cause? If the tourism industry was to shut down it would just make the streets more crowded. We're not the greedy money hungry people or owners. We are the people trying to survive just as millions of Americans. Our employees were thankfully taken care of by unemployment since their hours were cut to basically nothing. All the businesses have been running on, at most 20% of their income and many haven't been able to hold on and stay around. Some of those that are gone are some of your favorite places! You should try living on 15-20% of your income for 6 months, it's rough. A bunch of Nashville businesses are gone forever. That includes the fancy restaurants in the Gulch, the mom and pop souvenir stores, and many others that are now out of business. The thousands of bartenders, servers, bar backs, security, managers and others jobs have been out of work and are struggling. The musicians we all love to hear in the restaurants and bars haven't been working and the few times they have, its been for free because people can't get inside to tip them and that's some of their livelihoods. It's a horrible time for everyone but don't judge those trying to survive and make ends meet when you are taken care of. It's easy to criticize when you are not in their position. So many have said they are months behind, their kids are struggling and many other issues. As business owners, we love our city, we love our tourist, our community, all the employees and the entertainers that let you enjoy this beautiful city. They all have families and they need help. We'll be here just trucking along. God bless us all and stay safe! ]]><![CDATA[CORONA Closures update]]>Thu, 06 Aug 2020 08:00:52 GMThttp://nashvillepartywagon.com/blog/coronaPeople always ask whats open! For the most up to date closings, check out nashvilleguru.com. They seem to keep it updated. We keep adapting to ensure we meet all local guidelines for COVID. Thank you for working with us during this situation. Mask are required in Nashville. We recommend you wear a mask but due to certain laws we are not allowed to ask why you aren't wearing one. You are all adults, be safe and make your own conscious decisions. ]]><![CDATA[Well Well Well.....]]>Tue, 05 Feb 2019 17:25:31 GMThttp://nashvillepartywagon.com/blog/well-well-wellA blog??? We're from the country we don't "BLOG"!

Oh well, since your here! OTW is going crazy this year with all kinds of new and exciting things. If you haven't experienced OTW and you've heard the crave, then your missing out. We are literally one of Nashville's most sought after attractions. Why would a wagon ride be so fun? Why are they always full? WE ARE DIFFERENT!!!!!! We provide a totally unique experience that only you can get in Nashville! It's a one of a kind party and it's about as close as we can get it to a big ole field party out in the boondocks! You bring the booze and we do the rest! Unlike other attractions we aren't going to pick you up on the side of the road, a bar or a liquor store! Hell, we might be country (southern accent applied here) but we have some class. Come check out our beautiful, country, classy office. (Facebook has pictures). At our office we have corn hole, selfie booths, huge jenga, a lovely chalk wall to leave your mark and the coolest photo ops in town. One of a kind experience for a one of a kind company. Come check us out if you haven't already and if you're one of the OTW family now and come visit several times a year, get ya'lls asses back over here, its been to long. Ya'll come on out, the party awaits and most importantly remember "We don't pedal, We party". Don't miss out on taking a little ride on our big green tractor!]]>
